A Festival Anchored to UN World Tourism Day
Mombasa — the heart of Kenya's coastal tourism — hosts the 2026 UN World Tourism Day celebrations from 24–27 September at Mama Ngina Waterfront, themed “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism.”
The week brings together the Tuktuk Rally (3rd Edition), the Crabmen East Africa City Takeover & Drift (3rd Edition), an IDPA Tier 2 Shooting Competition at Bamburi Rifle Club, and daily Food, Business and Cultural exhibitions — all free and open to the public.

Six timed special stages through Mombasa CBD on Race Day, 27 September — the motorsport centrepiece.
IDPA Tier 2 Shooting
A precision shooting competition at Bamburi Rifle Club, drawing competitive shooters from across East Africa.
Cultural Exhibition
Swahili heritage, coastal crafts, music and arts, running daily at Mama Ngina Waterfront.
